Subject to the source of the information, this information is generally considered speculative and we provide a link to the source so that you can review the full story and the source if you have an interest in the item or subject reported. Usually this will be an item of interest that is yet to be widely reported but we expect may have the potential to impact on the market. We also welcome input from subscribers, but we must be able to sight the source for any contribution.

SHORT TERM ANALYSIS

In both the Short & Medium term analysis finding a trade is as easy as "Following the orange brick road” to identify the key criteria of each recommendation.  The orange 'blocks' are the active indicators and they tell you the key information about each trade.  We have detailed the significance of each brick in the road as we believe it is important not only to have the map but to be able to understand and follow it as well!

Accumulate: Purchase part of your total order (eg normally 50% of your total intended parcel) when it meets the buy price criteria. Acquire the balance as the stock rises above key level as detailed in the recommendation.
Hold:  If you have a current holding in this stock you should maintain it, but we recommend you do not increase your holding.
Profit take: sell off some or all of the position upon meeting the sell criteria.

CubeTrader Order Types
There are three main conditional orders we apply when trading the recommnedation contained within Stock Cubes.
Straddle: Experienced traders know that it is critical to “plan the trade and then trade the plan”. The Straddle Order allows you to set both your buy and sell conditions before you enter the market. CubeTrader then executes your strategy automatically with no emotion or second guessing.
Trailing Order: Protect your profits and capital with a Trailing Stop Loss that will follow the share price up, automatically resetting as the price rises, locking in your profits and protecting your capital. When the share price falls by a predetermined amount, your shares will be sold automatically.
Volume Buy:  The volume condition will allow you to trade with the momentum of the share using Directional Volume. Avoid getting your order triggered by a freak trade beyond your trigger level. Buy into a rally and sell into a down trend. Genarlly recommended when you are purchasing equities with low liquidity.
Other: CubeTrader our conditional order system has 7 conditions and new conditions are currently been developed if at any time we consider that any of these other conditions would be more suitable to the reccomended trade we will indicate this by using the other tab and detail the order type ad reason for our selection in the technical overview area of the report.

Stop loss
A stop a physical price at which the stock would be sold to protect profit or any further losses, the different types of stop losses are detailes below:-
Hard Stop: This is the price at which you should sell under all circumstances.
Trailing Stop: an exit price calculated on a percentage below the previous days close. (protects profits and minimises losses).
Resistance: an exit price based on an expected level of support that existing shareholders have historically held onto the stock.

Technical overview
This is where we explain the rational behind our recommendations and give you the guidance on how you should execute the trade, from the entry price to the specifc support and resitance levels. The support levels will generaly for the intial hard stops for the trade whilst a recommendation moving through resitance levels will normally indicate a confirmation of the upward trend.
