Avoid Opening Volatility
Avoid all the amateurs that are said to open the markets and trade with the professionals. Use the Time Delay to hold your order and place it into the market after the opening volatility has passed.
Directional Volume Triggers
You can now trade with the momentum of the share using Directional Volume. Avoid getting your order triggered by a freak trade beyond your trigger level. Buy into a rally and sell into a down trend.
Trade in the Direction of the Trend
The first rule of trading is to buy with the trend. Start making money from the moment that you purchase the share. Place your Conditional Buy order and you will buy the share if it rises and be kept out of shares that fall in value.
Protect Your Capital
You can avoid loosing a large portion of your capital when shares fall dramatically in price (as have HIH, Telstra or AMP) by protecting your capital in the market with a conditional sell order. If the share drops the order will exit you from the shares with more of your capital intact.
Maximise Your Returns
Trade to a plan. Maximise your returns by entering your Profit Target when you enter the trade. When the share trades at the specified level your shares will be automatically sold. The Profit Target order can be used to take advantage of fast upward movements during the day; for example when the share price rises strongly after an announcement, but settles back down.
Trade without Emotion
Experienced traders know that it is critical to "plan the trade and then trade the plan”. The Straddle Order allows you to set both your buy and sell conditions before you enter the market. CubeTrader then executes your strategy automatically with no emotion or second guessing.
Lock in Your Profits
Protect your profits and capital with a Trailing Stop Loss that will follow the share price up, automatically resetting as the price rises, locking in your profits and protecting your capital. When the share price falls by a predetermined amount, your shares will be sold automatically.
